Sheet erosion

Плоскостная эрозия — смыв относительно однородного слоя почвы с поверхности почвы ударами капель и поверхностным стоком [WMO, 2012].

 Основной тип эрозии описывается как плоскостная (поверхностная) эрозия: она характеризуется выносом мелких почвенных частиц и сохранением гравия, гальки и более крупных обломков, которые образуют своеобразную «каменную мостовую» на поверхности почвы [Descroix et al., 2008].
